May 1, 2009 – After extensive, and successful, tests performed according to European standard DIN EN 1073- 1 by the Institut für Arbeitsschutz der Deutschen Gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung, Rich Industries has been granted CE certification for the EURO-PROTEX 3000 PPE. This outer protective suit is an adaptation of a well- tried Rich Industries Suit (thousands successfully used in the decommissioning of US nuclear sites) to European standards. In conjunction with a respirator, the suit provides outstanding protection against a variety of hazardous situations, including radioactive particulates and splashes from aggressive chemicals
